Ingredients
  

  • 30 ml white rum
  • 30 ml golden rum
  • 30 ml dark rum
  • 15 ml apricot brandy
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml pineapple juice
  • 30 ml papaya juice (or orange juice if unavailable)
  • 15 ml grenadine
  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine all the rums, apricot brandy, lime juice, pineapple juice, papaya (or orange) juice, grenadine, and bitters.
    30 ml white rum, 30 ml golden rum, 30 ml dark rum, 15 ml apricot brandy, 15 ml lime juice, 30 ml pineapple juice, 30 ml papaya juice (or orange juice if unavailable), 15 ml grenadine, 1 dash of Angostura bitters
  • Fill the shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.

  • Pour the mixture, unstrained, into a tall glass or tiki mug, allowing the crushed ice to flow into the glass as well.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
