Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey Thighs 93% lean
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise preferably avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Parsleys
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and chopped parsley. Use a spoon or your hands to mix everything together until well incorporated.
1 pound Ground Turkey Thighs, 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Kosher Salt, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika, 2 tbsp Chopped Parsleys
  • To shape the mixture into patties, wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking. Take a portion of the mixture and gently form it into a ½-inch-thick patty. Repeat this process until you have four patties ready to cook.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the patties in the skillet. Cook them for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they're golden brown and cooked through.
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Now it's time to enjoy the fruits of your labor! Serve the cooked turkey burgers on a plate, nestled in a crisp lettuce wrap, or inside a soft bun. Add your favorite toppings and condiments to customize your burgers to perfection.
