  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 bell peppers 1 green, 1 red
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rice

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the onions until soft.
