  • 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup
  • Salt For rimming the glass
  • Ice For serving

  • Start by rubbing the rim of a highball glass or margarita glass with a grapefruit wedge.
  • Dip the rim of the glass into a small plate of salt, coating it evenly.

  • In the salt-rimmed glass, pour 2 ounces of tequila, 2 ounces of grapefruit juice, 1 ounce of lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of sweetener (such as agave nectar or simple syrup).

  • Stir the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes, allowing them to chill the cocktail.

  • Finish off the Paloma by garnishing it with a grapefruit or lime wedge.
