Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken pieces
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • coriander leaves

  • cloves
  • cardamoms
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan on medium heat, add oil, and sauté bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamoms until aromatic

  • Add onions, green chili pepper, and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until onions are golden brown

  • Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are mushy
