Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  • Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and slice them horizontally to create a pocket.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with a portion of the butter mixture, then press the edges to seal.
  • Coat each stuffed chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with Panko breadcrumbs.

  • Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated chicken breasts until golden brown on each side.
