Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • Fresh berries optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place in the fridge to chill while preparing the filling.
  • In a separate large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and continue to beat until well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chilled crust and spread it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hours or until firm.
  • Garnish with fresh berries (optional) and serve chilled.
