Ingredients
  

  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 250 g ground pork
  • 400 g can of tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 125 ml red wine or beef broth
  • 125 ml whole milk
  • Various herbs and spices to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the onions, carrots, and celery in a large pot until softened.
  • Add the ground beef and pork, cook until well-browned.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, red wine or beef broth, and whole milk.
  • Season with your choice of herbs and spices.
  • Allow the sauce to simmer for 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Adjust seasonings if needed.
  • Serve your delicious bolognese sauce over your favorite pasta.
