  • 2 Boneless salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
  • Line a baking tray with foil or a silicon mat.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side-down on the tray.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
  • Arrange the lemon wedges on and around the salmon.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting once during cooking.
