- 2 Boneless salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons Melted butter
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 Lemon wedges
Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Line a baking tray with foil or a silicon mat.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side-down on the tray.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, honey, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.
Arrange the lemon wedges on and around the salmon.
