Yorkshire puddings are a versatile dish that can be enjoyed in many ways. Whether you're serving them with a Sunday roast or experimenting with different fillings and flavors, the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Plain flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Oil or beef dripping
  • Salt A pinch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7
  • Sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl
    100 g Plain flour, Salt
  • Add the eggs and half the milk and whisk until smooth
    2 large Eggs, 150 ml Milk
  • Add the remaining milk and whisk until the batter is thin, smooth, and creamy
  • Add the oil or dripping to a 12-hole muffin tin and place in the preheated oven until smoking hot
    2 tablespoons Oil or beef dripping
  • Carefully remove the tray from the oven and pour the batter evenly into the hot tin
  • Return the tin to the oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the puddings are risen and golden
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately
