  • 1 bunch tenderstem broccoli
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes fragrant.

  • Add the tenderstem broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it becomes tender-crisp.

  • If desired, add any other vegetables or protein to the pan and cook until they are cooked through.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, tossing to evenly coat the vegetables.

  • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  • Remove from heat and serve the stir-fried tenderstem broccoli hot.
