  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock or substitute with water or chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • Mince or grate the garlic and ginger finely. Set aside.

  • Add the cornstarch to the mixture and whisk vigorously until the sauce reaches the desired consistency.
