  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  • Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil.

  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface.
  • Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
