  • Broccoli florets

  • Chopped butternut squash
  • Sliced zucchini
  • Sliced yellow squash
  • Chopped red bell pepper
  • Chopped red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Minced garlic
  • Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Place the prepared vegetables on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
