  • 100 g milk chocolate broken up
  • 50 g dark chocolate broken up
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 tbsp golden syrup
  • 100 g puffed rice
  • 50 g milk chocolate melted
  • Toppings such as sprinkles mini marshmallows, nuts, Smarties, dried fruit, or white chocolate buttons

Instructions
 

  • Start by gathering all the necessary ingredients for your rice crispy cakes recipe marshmallow.
  • In a large saucepan, melt the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and golden syrup over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and well combined.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and add the puffed rice to the mixture. Stir until all the rice is evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
  • Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and pour the rice crispy mixture into the dish. Use the back of a spoon to press down firmly and evenly distribute the mixture.
  • If desired, sprinkle your preferred toppings over the surface of the rice crispy cake and gently press them down.
  • Place the dish in the refrigerator and let the rice crispy cake set for at least 2 hours or until firm.
