Protein pancakes are a delicious and nutritious breakfast option that can be easily incorporated into your morning routine

- 1 banana
- 75 g oats
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp milk dairy, soya, oat, or nut milks
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp protein powder whey, pea, or your preferred choice
In a blender, combine the banana, oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil. Pour or ladle the batter onto the pan, making 2-3 pancakes at a time. Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface and the underside is golden.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another minute until cooked through. Transfer to a warmed oven to keep them warm.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve the pancakes in stacks, and top with nut butter, maple syrup, and berries or sliced banana.
