  • 4 large russet potatoes washed and sliced into wedges
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and grated parmesan cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until the potatoes are evenly coated with the seasonings.

  • Remove the potato wedges from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for added freshness and visual appeal.
