- 250 ml Filtered Warm Water Should Be Lukewarm for Better Absorption
- 1/2 Lemon Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed for Vitamin C Boost
- 1 Tsp Honey Raw Honey for Natural Sweetness
- 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar Optional Detox
Warm one glass of filtered water (not boiling).
250 ml Filtered Warm Water
Add 1/4 tsp of Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
