In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for a few minutes until frothy.

Add the frothy yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a rough dough forms.
25 ml Olive Oil
Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rest in a warm place for at least 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air bubbles. Divide it into 4 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a ball and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
