Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Flour
  • 200 g All-purpose Flour
  • 15 g Salt
  • 2 g Yeast
  • 25 ml Olive Oil
  • 325 ml Warm Water

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the 00 flour, all-purpose flour, and salt. Mix well.

  • In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for a few minutes until frothy.
    325 ml Warm Water, 2 g Yeast
  • Add the frothy yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture. Mix until a rough dough forms.
    25 ml Olive Oil
  • Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    500 g Flour
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a damp cloth or plastic wrap. Let it rest in a warm place for at least 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
  • Once the dough has risen, punch it down to release any air bubbles. Divide it into 4 equal portions.
  • Shape each portion into a ball and let them rest for another 30 minutes.
  • Your Ooni pizza dough is now ready to be rolled out and topped with your favorite ingredients!
