Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar reduces appetite
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice detoxifies liver
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger boosts metabolism
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper supports fat oxidation
  • 1 tsp Optional: Honey provides antioxidants
  • 250 ml Filtered Water 250ml aids hydration

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass.
    1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
    1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.
    1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • Sprinkle in 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
    1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Add 250ml of filtered water.
    250 ml Filtered Water 250ml
  • (Optional) Mix in 1 teaspoon of honey for taste.
    1 tsp Optional: Honey
  • Stir well and drink immediately.
