Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb monkfish fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the monkfish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels.

  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  • Place the monkfish fillets in a baking dish and brush them with the olive oil mixture, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Arrange the lemon slices on top of the fish.

  • Bake the monkfish in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once done, remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle the chopped parsley on top.
