- Sriracha
- Cornstarch
Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter or soybean paste, minced garlic, sweeteners, Chinese Five Spice Powder, and sriracha in a medium mixing bowl.
Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan and warm over medium heat, stirring continuously until smooth and aromatic.
In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
Gradually add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly.
Cook over medium heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency.
