Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts and seeds, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix together the unrefined oil and the natural sweetener until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients in the large bowl. Mix thoroughly, making sure all the dry ingredients are coated evenly.
Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, using a spatula or your hands to press it down firmly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the granola is lightly golden and crispy, stirring once halfway through.
Remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely on the baking sheet. This will help it become crunchy.
Once cooled, add the dried fruit and any other desired mix-ins, such as shredded coconut or chocolate chips.
