  • Melt the semisweet chocolate chips and unsweetened chocolate with butter in a saucepan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
  • Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into an 8x8-inch pan lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
  • Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the batter, creating swirls with a knife.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  • Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan.
  • Once cooled, place the brownies in the fridge to chill for at least 1 hour before slicing.
