Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
