Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.

  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.

  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
