Ingredients
  

  • 500 g boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon each of cumin, coriander, paprika, and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Add the chicken to the marinade and coat it well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  • Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
  • Grill or cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Let it rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice the chicken into thin strips. Serve the chicken with warm pitta bread and your choice of accompaniments.
