Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1-2 Red Chilies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop a bunch of fresh parsley.

  • Mince 4 cloves of garlic.
    4 cloves Garlic minced
  • Finely chop 1-2 red chilies, depending on your spice preference.

  • Combine the chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped red chilies, 1 tablespoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar in a bowl.

  • Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Let the chimichurri sit for at least 2 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Once the chimichurri has rested, stir it again before serving.
