Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Minced Beef 10-15% fat
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Red Chilli finely chopped (optional for extra heat)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 400 g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Purée
  • 400 g Kidney Beans drained
  • 300 ml Beef Stock
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1-2 tsp Chilli Powder adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a deep pan.
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Sauté onions until softened, then add garlic and chilli.
    1 Onion, 2-3 Garlic Cloves, 1 Red Chilli, 400 g Kidney Beans, 2 tsp Ground Cumin, 1 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1-2 tsp Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, Salt & Pepper
  • Brown the minced beef thoroughly.
    500 g Minced Beef
  • Stir in spices and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add red pepper, tomatoes, tomato purée, and beef stock.
    400 g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes, 2 tbsp Tomato Purée, 300 ml Beef Stock, 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • Simmer gently for 20–30 minutes.
  • Add drained kidney beans and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Adjust seasoning before serving.
